Credit card

We would first of all like to reassure you about the reliability of payment by credit card. GestPay security is reinforced by the use of the most widespread security system for data encryption, 128-bit SSL3 (Secure Socket Layer), the security standard recognised on the net, and issued by Verisign, currently the highest security standard with server side certification. In addition, the parameters transmitted via the customer’s browser are encrypted with Triple-DES algorithm with daily 128-bit key, which prevents their use by third parties, and are sent directly to the bank.
We accept payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Jcb and Diners credit cards in a simple, fast and secure manner, allowing any cardholder to make a purchase, without requiring the installation of software or the downloading of forms from the Internet, using a plug-in to the PC.

Bankpass web

The on-line payment system promoted by Italian banks. Bankpass web is the easy to use solution offered by Italian banks for managing on-line payments in total security, with enormous advantages both for customers and traders. When the order is confirmed, you can enter the ABI code or the name of your bank and you will be redirected to the access page of your electronic wallet.
Bankpass web allows you to manage payments not only using your credit cards but also with the PagoBANCOMAT system. Bankpass web will carry out all the necessary checks and will send you the payment confirmation.

Bank transfer

Paying by bank transfer means that the goods can be sent to an address or recipient different from that of the person placing the order.
Once the order has been made it is necessary to follow this procedure, which will be repeated in the order confirmation e-mail sent to you: the bank transfer must be made within 3 working days from the order being placed.
The reason to be indicated on the bank transfer shall give: the order number and date, the name and surname of the person placing the order.
Banking practice requires the transfer made by you to be credited to the beneficiary's current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from its execution. Your order will be processed only when the amount transferred has been received, and so the banking time indicated above has to be added to the normal delivery times.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Each consignment is accompanied by an envelope containing the invoice.
Once you have received the product, please could you check:
that the number of packages indicated on the carrier’s letter matches the number actually consigned;
that the package is intact and undamaged; any discrepancies are to be raised immediately with the carrier, otherwise the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.
In this case if the damage is easily identifiable, please refuse delivery.
