This section is aimed at those who are navigating for the first time on www.operasacra.com, or who are already familiar with it but want to have a clearer idea of how the site works.
First of all we’d like to introduce ourselves, and so please read the paragraph below on who we are.

If you have already identified the product you are interested in, but you don’t know how to buy it, click on the shopping Trolley.
In order to buy over the internet you have to complete certain formalities, by registering on our site and providing a number of details required for payment and delivery.

Who are we

The www.operasacra.com “shop” is an e-commerce service.
Chromyarte s.r.l., through the www.operasacra.com pages, provides a valuable and secure tool, for businesses requiring it, for selling products on line. Its approach is totally new compared with the conventional sales outlets in the sector.
Numerous specially selected products are available on line, ready to be selected and purchased in a simple, secure and convenient manner.
The products that you’ll find in the www.operasacra.com virtual shop are made available by the businesses subscribing to the initiative. These will provide the descriptions, prices and characteristics of the products and offers, shipping details (and delivery times), invoicing, rights of cancellation and/or complaint, transport costs, etc.
There are many methods of payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer and credit card.
Home delivery is managed directly by the businesses subscribing to the www.operasacra.com virtual shop and this ensures that the product purchased is delivered to the customer’s home within a few days.

Navigating on the site

It is possible to navigate in several different ways within the e-commerce section:
1) Search by category
2) Search by specific product
3) Free search through a search box
Once the product sought has been identified, clicking on the icon or name opens the record of the product sought directly.

Shopping trolley

In order to buy a product it has to be added to the shopping trolley. This can be done simply by clicking on the "Add to trolley" button.
This symbol is found on the right hand side when you are inside the record.
Adding a product to the trolley does not require you to buy it. In fact, you may have second thoughts and remove it or amend the quantity.
Once the product has been added to the trolley you go to a page where the quantity of products can be viewed or the product removed from the trolley using the special script.
If you need something else you can continue with your shopping. The products added to the trolley are kept until you close the window of your browser. The trolley will be emptied automatically when this operation is carried out. If the price of the products is changed during this period, the trolley will be updated accordingly. If, on the other hand, you decide to proceed with the purchase click on the "payment" button and you will reach an identification page where you will be asked to leave your details.
To access the trolley directly and check what you have added from any page on the site just click on the trolley located above in the top navigation bar.

If the wording “Your trolley does not contain any products at the moment” appears in the trolley page, this means that no product has yet been added to your shopping list.
N.B.: You may find that when you connect with our service you have problems viewing the trolley;
if this should happen, go to the options in your Browser and set the Privacy level to a low value so as to accept the script of the cookies.
Once again, remember that: adding a product to the trolley does not require you to buy it. In fact, you can change the quantities of the products selected, remove any products and see the actual value of any purchases from your Trolley page.

Registration with the site

In order to complete a purchase you must be registered with our site, so that you can enter certain information required for payment and delivery. The details you give us will be kept so that, once you have made your first purchase, you will only have to enter your Username and Password, chosen by you, to proceed with the order. You may change these details, which are subject to the protection of the privacy law, at any time, by clicking on "Changing your details".
From the practical standpoint, registration, which does not require you to make a purchase, is required after you have added a product to the trolley and clicked on the continue button. You will reach an identification page where you will asked, if you are a new customer, to register or, if you are an existing customer, to enter your username or password chosen at the time of registration.
If you are a new customer you will be directed to the registration form, consisting of the first section, which is obligatory, and the second, which is optional. Once you have completed the registration form, you can proceed with the order.
